Participant Agreement
The additional terms that apply to everyone who earns on Stampette.
Working draft — Aug 8, 2026
1. Your status
Participants are independent contractors, not employees, agents or representatives of Stampette or of any business. Nothing in this agreement creates an employment, partnership or franchise relationship.
You are responsible for your own taxes, deductions and filings on amounts earned through the Platform.
2. Identity verification
Before earning, you must complete identity verification. You warrant the information and documents you submit are yours and accurate. Verification is one person, one account — verified identity may not be lent, sold or transferred.
3. Promoting campaigns
You must follow each campaign's instructions, restrictions and content requirements, use only the tracking links and QR codes issued to you, and always include the disclosures required by the Referral Disclosure Policy and applicable advertising law.
You must never make claims about a business or offer that the campaign does not authorize, and never present prohibited claims (for example, medical or financial guarantees).
4. Earnings, maturation and payouts
Rewards accrue when a conversion attributed to you is verified. Verified rewards mature after the platform verification window (currently 72 hours) and become available for payout; the minimum payout is $25.
Rewards may be reversed before maturation if the underlying transaction is refunded, a dispute is decided against the conversion, or fraud is confirmed. Matured amounts are reversed only in cases of fraud or manifest error.
5. Prohibited participant conduct
Prohibited conduct includes self-referrals; incentivizing claims with undisclosed payments; simulating scans, claims or visits; using bots, emulators or automation; misleading customers about the offer; and coordinating with others to do any of the above.
Confirmed violations can result in forfeiture of related earnings, rank penalties, suspension or permanent removal, per the Anti-Fraud Policy.
6. Rank and reputation
Your rank is computed from verified results, quality signals and policy compliance. Rank affects campaign access. Stampette may adjust rank calculations prospectively and will document material changes.
7. Termination
You may stop participating at any time; available balances above the payout minimum will be settled. Stampette may suspend or terminate participation for cause as described in the Terms of Service.
