Acceptable Use Policy
What no one may do on Stampette.
Working draft — Aug 8, 2026
1. Principle
Stampette exists to connect real businesses, real promoters and real customers around verifiable economic results. Anything that fakes, forces or distorts those results — or harms the people involved — is prohibited.
2. Prohibited campaigns and offers
Campaigns may not promote: illegal products or services; weapons; tobacco, vaping or cannabis where promotion is restricted; gambling without licence; adult content; multi-level marketing; payday-style lending; counterfeit goods; or offers that are deceptive, unavailable or bait-and-switch.
Offers targeting minors, exploiting emergencies, or making prohibited health or financial claims are forbidden.
3. Prohibited promotion practices
Participants may not spam, use misleading headlines, impersonate the business or the Platform, buy fake engagement, place links in deceptive contexts, or promote to audiences the campaign excludes.
All promotion must carry the disclosures required by the Referral Disclosure Policy and Canada's applicable advertising standards, including the Competition Act's provisions on false or misleading representations.
4. Platform integrity
No one may probe, disable or circumvent security or verification features; harvest data; automate account creation; interfere with attribution; or use the Platform to distribute malware or unlawful content.
5. Enforcement
Violations are handled proportionately: content removal, campaign pause, rank penalties, earnings forfeiture (for tainted results), suspension or permanent ban. Serious matters may be reported to authorities. Enforcement decisions are logged and may be contested through the dispute process.
