Cookie Policy

The cookies the platform sets and how to control them.

Working draft — Aug 8, 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Stampette uses them sparingly and, wherever possible, only for functions you would expect a signed-in service to need.

2. Cookies we set

Essential cookies: session and authentication cookies that keep you signed in and protect against request forgery. These are strictly necessary and cannot be disabled while using an account.

Preference cookies: your language choice (English or French) is stored in a cookie named "locale" so the site loads in your language.

Attribution parameters: when you open a campaign through a participant link, an attribution reference may be stored temporarily so the result is credited to the right participant. This is fundamental to how the marketplace pays for verified results.

3. What we do not do

We do not use third-party advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels or social-media trackers on the Platform.

4. Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent sign-in and claiming offers. Your language preference resets when its cookie is cleared.

5. Changes

If we introduce new categories of cookies, this policy will be updated and, where required by Law 25 or PIPEDA, your consent will be requested before they are set.
