Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to an accessible platform for everyone.

Working draft — Aug 8, 2026

1. Our commitment

Stampette aims to be usable by everyone, including people using assistive technologies. Our target is conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the platform.

2. What we implement

Semantic structure and labelled controls; full keyboard operability with visible focus; sufficient colour contrast; touch targets of at least 44 pixels; text alternatives for meaningful images including QR codes; error messages announced to screen readers; and support for browser zoom up to 200%.

The platform is fully available in English and French.

3. Known limitations

Camera-based QR scanning requires a device camera; a manual code-entry alternative is provided wherever a scan is requested. Some user-uploaded images may lack descriptive alternatives; we prompt uploaders to provide them.

4. Feedback and requests

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, contact us through the contact page (category "Technical problem") or the help centre. We acknowledge within 2 business days and prioritize fixes for blocking issues.

You may request content in an alternative format and we will make reasonable efforts to provide it.

5. Continuous improvement

Accessibility is reviewed at each release. This statement is updated as the platform evolves.
