Content Rights Policy
Who owns what: campaign assets, participant content and licences.
Working draft — Aug 8, 2026
1. Business assets
Businesses retain ownership of the logos, photos and copy they upload, and grant Stampette and joined participants a non-exclusive licence to display and use those assets solely to operate and promote the campaign for its duration.
2. Participant content
Participants retain ownership of the original content they create (photos, videos, text). By submitting content to a campaign, the participant grants the business a licence to use it in connection with that campaign; broader usage rights (for example, ongoing advertising use) must be explicitly stated in the campaign's content requirements before joining.
Approved content that earned an approved-content reward carries the licence stated in the campaign; the reward is consideration for that licence.
3. Platform licence
Both businesses and participants grant Stampette a licence to host, display and reasonably feature campaign content on the Platform, including in marketplace listings and previews.
4. Warranties and takedowns
Everyone who uploads content warrants they hold the necessary rights, including music, trademarks and identifiable persons' consents. Content infringing intellectual-property rights will be removed on notice; repeat infringers lose access.
To report infringement, use the contact form with the category "Other" and include the content location, your rights claim and your contact details.
5. Moral rights and attribution
Where participants' content is used, businesses must not misattribute authorship. Any waiver of moral rights must be explicit in the campaign terms and is never presumed.
