Launching your first campaign (businesses)From objective to live campaign: the 15-minute checklist.

Start from your business dashboard and choose Campaigns → New. Pick the objective that matches the capacity you want to fill — appointments, tables, class spots, store visits or sales. The objective determines which verification method and reward triggers make sense.

Write the customer offer exactly as your staff will honour it (for example "20% off any service, Tuesday–Thursday"). Vague offers cause disputes; precise offers convert. Then set eligibility: open to all participants, application-only, or restricted by rank and rating.

Set your reward per verified result and your total budget. The pricing assistant suggests a competitive range based on your category and urgency. Your budget is reserved when the campaign launches — rewards and the performance fee are only drawn as results pass verification.

Submit for review. Most campaigns are reviewed within one business day. Once approved, the campaign goes live in the marketplace and participants near you can start sharing. Track claims, scans and verified conversions in real time from the campaign page.

Earning your first reward (participants)Join a campaign, share your link, get your first verified result.

After identity verification, open the marketplace and filter by distance and category. Every campaign card shows the reward per verified result before you join. Open campaigns can be joined instantly; selective ones take a short application.

Once joined, you get a unique tracked link and a personal QR code. Share them where your recommendation carries weight: group chats, community boards, social stories, or in person. Always include the required disclosure — your link is a referral link.

When someone claims the offer through your link and then shows up, the business scans their redemption QR. That scan creates a conversion attributed to you. You can watch its status move from claimed to verified in your campaigns view.

Verified rewards enter your pending balance, mature after the 72-hour window, then become available. Once you reach $25 available, request your first payout from the earnings page.

How verification works (and why results wait 72 hours)The life of a conversion: scan, fraud score, verification window, payout.

A conversion starts when a customer claims an offer through a participant's link and completes the campaign's verified action — usually an in-store visit proven by a staff scan of their signed redemption QR.

Every conversion is immediately fraud-scored using device, location, timing and pattern signals. Low-risk conversions verify automatically. Medium-risk conversions verify after a standard review window. High-risk conversions are frozen for human review, and you may be asked for additional evidence.

Verified conversions then wait 72 hours before rewards become available. This window exists to absorb refunds, disputes and late anomalies before money leaves the platform — it protects businesses from paying for reversed transactions and protects participants from clawbacks after payout.

You can follow every step in your dashboard: each conversion shows its current state, its full event history and — if something is contested — a direct path into the dispute process.

Scanning customer redemptions at the counterThe 10-second staff workflow that triggers verification.

When a customer arrives with a Stampette offer, they present a redemption QR code on their phone (or a short backup code if their screen is unavailable). Open the Scanner from your business menu — it works in the browser on any phone or tablet, no hardware needed.

Point the camera at the customer's QR. The scanner validates the cryptographic signature, confirms the code is unused and unexpired, and shows you exactly which offer to honour. Confirm, and you're done — the conversion enters verification automatically.

If the code is invalid, already used or expired, the scanner tells you why. Never honour an offer whose code does not validate: the signed code is the proof that makes the whole model work.

Scanning requires the scan_redemptions permission, which owner, admin, location manager, front desk and cashier roles all have. Add your front-line staff from Team settings so they can scan with their own accounts.

Payouts: minimums, timing and balancesPending vs available, the $25 minimum, and when money actually arrives.

Your earnings live in two balances. Pending: rewards from verified conversions still inside the 72-hour maturation window. Available: matured rewards you can withdraw at any time.

The minimum payout is $25 of available balance. Request a payout from the payouts page; it is processed to your configured payout method. Processing time depends on the method, typically 1–3 business days after the request is approved.

A payout request can show as processing, succeeded or failed. Failed payouts return the funds to your available balance with a reason — usually an out-of-date payout method. Update it in settings and request again.

Amounts under fraud review, involved in an open dispute or subject to a legal hold are excluded from the available balance until resolved, and the exclusion reason is shown on the earnings page.

Funding your wallet and campaign budgets (businesses)How money flows from your card to reserved budgets to verified rewards.

Before a campaign can launch, its total budget must be funded. Add funds to your business wallet from the Wallet page; the balance is then usable across your campaigns.

When a campaign launches, its budget moves from your wallet balance to reserve. Reserved funds are earmarked: they cannot be spent elsewhere and are only drawn down by verified conversions (reward + performance fee per result).

You can watch spend in real time: each campaign shows budget, reserved, spent and remaining, and each conversion links to the exact wallet movement it caused. Daily caps and per-participant caps stop runaway spend automatically.

When a campaign ends, is cancelled or exhausts its budget, unspent reserve returns to your wallet immediately. Wallet balances can be withdrawn back to your funding method, and every movement is listed in your wallet history with a full audit trail.

Opening a dispute (and what makes a strong one)The step-by-step process when you disagree with a result or decision.

Disputes exist for specific disagreements: a conversion you believe was wrongly verified or rejected, a reward you believe was wrongly reversed, or an enforcement decision you want reviewed. Open the dispute from the item itself — the conversion or decision page — within 14 days.

State your reason precisely and attach evidence: receipts, screenshots, timestamps, communications. The strongest disputes point at specific facts in the event trail ("the scan happened at 14:02 at the counter — here is the till receipt from the same minute").

The other party has 7 days to respond with their evidence. Then a platform administrator reviews the complete transaction record — attribution events, signed scans, device signals, history — and issues a documented decision: uphold, deny or split.

Funds move only according to the written decision, which appears in both parties' dashboards with reasons. One internal escalation is available within 7 days if you have new evidence or believe the process was misapplied.

Account security and identity verificationProtecting your account, and what the identity check involves.

Use a unique, strong password and keep your email account secure — it is the recovery path for your Stampette account. Sign out on shared devices; active sessions can be reviewed from your security settings.

Participants complete a one-time identity verification before earning. You submit government-ID information through our verification flow; documents are used only to confirm you are a real, unique person and are never shown publicly or to businesses.

Businesses verify their legal registration before campaigns go live. Keep registration and contact information current — outdated details can pause campaign publishing.

If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact support with the category "Account". Suspicious platform activity — fake claims, strange scans, phishing attempts — should be reported through "Report suspicious activity"; these reports are routed with priority to the trust and safety team.
