Business Agreement

The additional terms that apply to businesses running campaigns.

Working draft — Aug 8, 2026

1. Business verification

Before campaigns go live, your business must complete verification, including legal name, registration information and, where applicable, licences relevant to your offers. You warrant that submitted documents are authentic and current.

You must keep verification information up to date. Material changes (ownership, closure, licence loss) must be reported without delay.

2. Campaigns and offers

You are solely responsible for the content and legality of your campaigns and offers, including price accuracy, availability, and compliance with consumer-protection law (including Québec's Consumer Protection Act) and sector regulations.

Every offer claimed by a customer through an active campaign must be honoured according to its stated terms. Refusing valid redemptions harms customers and participants and is a material breach.

3. Funding and reserves

Campaign budgets must be funded before launch. Funded amounts are reserved and drawn down only as conversions are verified. Unspent reserves are released when a campaign ends.

You authorize Stampette to deduct rewards and performance fees from your reserved budget upon verification of each conversion, per the Payment Terms.

4. Redemption obligations

Your staff must scan redemption codes at the point of service using the tools provided. Deliberately failing to scan valid redemptions to avoid rewards is a material breach and is detectable through claim-to-scan anomaly monitoring.

You must not scan codes for customers who did not genuinely receive the offer.

5. Team and permissions

You control which team members access your account and with which roles. You are responsible for your team's actions on the Platform.

6. Data received from the platform

Customer data disclosed to you exists solely to honour claimed offers and serve those customers. You must handle it according to privacy law and must not use participants' or customers' data for unrelated marketing without valid consent.

7. Suspension and termination

Stampette may pause campaigns or suspend business accounts for unpaid amounts, unhonoured offers, fraud signals or legal risk. On termination, verified obligations to participants are settled from your reserves before any refund of remaining balance.
